Privacy policy
In short
No account, no cookies, no ads on this site. The game measures its audience with anonymous aggregated counters and keeps your progress in your own browser. Only the daily challenge leaderboard stores, for 8 days, a random identifier, your fighter's name and your score.
What stays in your browser
The game uses your browser's local storage (localStorage), never sent as-is to the server: language, sound, current career (save), Pantheon, badges, daily best score and streak, lifetime record, anonymous leaderboard identifier, ad display counters (inactive on this site). Keys: cf_lang, cf_sound, cf_resume, cf_pantheon, cf_badges, cf_daily_<jour>, cf_streak, cf_legacy_v1, cf_player, cf_ad_last_inter, cf_ad_careers. Your visit's campaign parameters (utm) are kept for the tab's lifetime (sessionStorage). You can erase everything by clearing this site's data in your browser.
Audience measurement
Internal counters: the game sends events (page view, career started or finished, challenge started, share…) with a few properties containing no personal data (language, chosen nationality and style, score bracket, visit source). The server only increments daily totals: no identifier, no cookie. These totals are kept for 400 days.
Abuse prevention: to cap submissions (400 events per day), your IP address is used as the key of a technical counter deleted automatically within 30 hours; it is never linked to the events.
Vercel Web Analytics: the host's cookieless measurement tool, which also receives these events. It is off locally and for bots.
Daily challenge leaderboard
When you finish a daily challenge, the game sends your choice log, your fighter's name and a random identifier created in your browser (cf_player). The server replays the game to compute the score, then stores the identifier, the name (filtered; it may be replaced with “Combattant” plus digits) and the score. The name and score are public on the leaderboard. This data is deleted automatically after 8 days; the choice log is not kept. To cap submissions (5 per day), an encrypted fingerprint (HMAC) of your IP address is used as a technical key deleted within 30 hours.
Hosting and logs
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA), which processes IP addresses to serve pages and keep technical logs, under its own policy. Leaderboard and counter data are stored with Upstash. Fonts are served by the site itself: no call to Google Fonts.
Advertising
This site shows no ads and loads no ad network. When the game is published on a games portal (CrazyGames, Poki, GameDistribution…), the portal shows the ads and collects your consent, under its own privacy policy.
Legal bases
Anonymous audience measurement and abuse prevention: the publisher's legitimate interest in running and improving the game. Leaderboard: providing the service you request by submitting your score.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to and restrict the processing of data about you. As there are no accounts, give the day and fighter name concerned.
